These classes nurture both mums and babies and combines baby and postnatal yoga with therapeutic touch.

In baby yoga we use multisensory play, loving touch, and yoga to support our baby’s development. Our babies experience relaxed, nurturing closeness as well as opening, stimulating stretches. This combination of passive and active engagement helps to promote healthy nervous, musculoskeletal, and digestive systems. It also encourages loving communication, mother, and infant bonding, and may help to release and reframe any birth trauma. Baby yoga helps our baby’s cope with common baby ailments and encourages contentment and relaxation.

Our class includes equal nourishment for postnatal mums, and we also enjoy a wide variety of yoga techniques to improve our own wellbeing. We use breathing techniques to improve our sense of vitality and reduce stress, stretches to release tension, sensitive core strength work to aid our postnatal recovery and yoga flows to improve fitness.

One of the most beneficial aspects of this class is support we can offer one another and the friendships that may evolve. Packed with helpful information and a wealth of experience, this class is so valuable for any new mum.

Class is currently limited to 8 mums and babies to maintain Covid safety recommendations.
